Abstract

Setelah memperoleh gambaran mengenai berbagai macam bentuk saluran komunikasi baik yang bersifat formal maupun informal, langkah berikutnya adalah melakukan perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis, mencakup pesan-pesan yang disampaikan secara tertulis (macam-macam surat) dan pesan-pesan yang disampaikan secara lisan.Pesan bisnis yang efektif bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian pihak lawan komunikasi, karena itu pesan harus ringkas dan menunjukkan tujuan yang jelas. Tujuan dalam penulisan pesan bisnis yang efektif adalah lebih bersiafat untuk menyatakan ide daripada mengesankan lawan komunikasi. Dalam komunikasi bisnis ada beberapa langkah termasuk perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis. Perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis mencakup pesan-pesan yang di sampaikan secara tertulis dan pesan-pesan yang di sampaikan secara lisan. Perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis merupakan suatu langkah strategis bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi dalam perbankan syariah dan secara menyeluruh dan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan komunikasi, pesan-pesan bisnis yang terrencana dengan baik akan mempermudah pencapaian tujuan komunikasi. Dalam hal ini perencanaan pesan-pesan bisnis lebih di fokuskan pada perencanaan secara tertulus. Perencanaan pesan bisnis adalah proses komposisi penyusunan pesan bisnis. Proses itu sendiri terdiri dari perencanaan tujuan audiens, ide, saluran ; pengorganisasian ide; membuat draf, merangkai kata kalimat / paragraph dan merevisi.
