Abstract

Ciri era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah penggunaan Internet of Things (IoT) yang membutuhkan perubahan model bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi. Oleh karena itu, dunia bisnis melakukan perubahan melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce dalam pelaksanaan serangkaian proses. Sama halnya dengan proses bisnis pada umumnya, model bisnis e-commerce juga membutuhkan partisipasi semua pihak, yang sering disebut dengan supply chain management (SCM). Dengan partisipasi semua pihak dalam jaringan e-commerce supply chain (SC), makadalam hal ini perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain untuk mencapai efektivitas. Perusahaan e-commerce. Artikel ini akan membahas penentuan key performance indicator (KPI) berdasarkan dimensi teknologi informasi untuk mengukur kinerja e-commerce SC melalui studi literatur.
