Abstract

Pada masa pemerintahan Mu’awiyah, beliau mendirikan kantor catatan negara dan merancang pola pengiriman surat melalui pos (al-barid) serta seluruh fasilitas pendukungnya. mencetak mata uang, mengembangkan jabatan qadi (hakim) sebagai jabatan profesional. Kebijakan moneter mempunyai peranan yang penting untuk mengendalikan jalannya pemerintahan. Bahkan moneter merupakan unsur utama dalam kehidupan suatu bangsa, banyak sekali permasalahan karena disebabkan manajemen moneter yang buruk
