Abstract

Các thành phố lớn luôn được ví như là “những nhà lãnh đạo toàn cầu” và luôn có các chính sách đổi mới- thứ đang ngày càng vượt qua ranh giới của các quốc gia, đồng thời là định hình của các xu hướng trong nước và quốc tế. Hơn một nửa dân số thế giới hiện nay đang sống ở các khu vực thành thị và tính đến năm 2050, con số này có thể tăng đến hơn sáu tỷ người. Từ đó ta có thể thấy quá trình đô thị hóa ngày càng diễn ra nhanh chóng, dồn dập, để rồi dẫn đến việc đô thị hóa vô tổ chức.
