Abstract

Kelompok adalah sekumpulan individu yang mempunyai tujuan yang sama yang ingin dicapai. Dan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan kerja sama yang baik, saling berbagi rasa, saling menghargai dan saling memberi semangat antar anggota kelompok. Beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi pembentukan kelompok, antara lain adalah adanya komunikasi, motivasi, mampu mengelola konflik, kompetisi dan kerjasama. Kerjasama merupakan sarana dan menjadi tanda terkait dengan kualitas kelompok sebagai tempat berkumpulnya orang- orang dalam suatu organisasi. Dalam membangun kerjasama kelompok, diperlukan rasa saling percaya, keterbukaan atau transparansi, realisasi atau perwujudan diri dan saling ketergantungan.
