Abstract

Seiring perubahan kebijakan Negara terhadap desa hal ini merupakan angin segar bagi kita semua, bahwasanya orientasi pembangunan perlahan mulai bergeser dari pembangunan perkotaan menjadi perdesaan. Undang-Undang No 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa memberi peluang bagi munculnya sharing sumberdaya antara Masyarakat Desa, investor serta Pemerintah daerah. Desa oleh UU ini memiliki kedudukan yang lebih kuat dan fleksibel terkait kewenangan, perencanaan pembangunan dan keuangan
