Abstract

Lý do chọn đề tài Hoạt động tín dụng là hoạt động mang tính truyền thống và đem lại lợi nhuận cao nhất cho NH. Nhưng tất nhiên là đi kèm với lợi nhuận cao là rủi ro lớn. Rủi ro này không những chỉ ảnh hưởng đến NH cho vay tín dụng mà còn có thể ảnh hưởng xấu đến toàn bộ nên kinh tế, đặc biệt là nền kinh tế đang phát triển tại Việt Nam. Hiện nay, các NHTM Việt Nam đang phát triển đa dạng các sản phNm tín dụng dành cho mọi đối tượng. Trong đó, thẻ tín dụng dành cho KH cá nhân là một sản phNm điển hình được nghiên cứu trong đề tài.
