Các yếu tố thu hút khách du lịch nội địa đến huyện Côn Đảo, tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm xác định và đo lường mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố thu hút khách du lịch nội địa đến huyện Côn Đảo, tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu (BRVT), bằng việc khảo sát 345 khách du lịch nội địa, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng. Kết quả đã đưa ra 04 nhân tố thu hút khách du lịch nội địa đến huyện Côn Đảo, sắp theo thứ tự giảm dần: Chất lượng dịch vụ, Sự hấp dẫn của văn hóa và tự nhiên, Cơ sở hạ tầng, Cơ sở vật chất và hoạt động. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị đến các nhà quản lý du lịch và các đơn vị kinh doanh du lịch những đề xuất nhằm thu hút du khách đến Côn Đảo tốt hơn.
