Abstract

1.What is Diversity ? Keberagaman adalah keseluruhan dari perbedaan yang kemudian membuat individu tersebut menampilkan dirinya, dan secara kolektif kemampuan yang mereka miliki untuk bisa dikontribusikan terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Pada intinya keberagaman adalah perbedaan yang terjadi dalam suatu organisasi. Mengelola keberagaman adalah pilihan dan komitmen yang dilakukan secara sadar dari suatu organisasi untuk bisa menilai terhadap perbedaan. Perbedaan atau keberagaman ini dijadikan sebagai sumber kekuatan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi Suatu perbedaan dari organisasi seharusnya dijadikan kekuatan untuk mencapai tujuan
