Abstract

Memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen adalan inti dari pemasaran. setiap pelaku bisnis yang ingin memenangkan kompetisi dalam persaingan pasar akan memberikan perhatian penuh pada srategi pemasaran yang dijalankannya, terutama dalam era persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif sekarang ini. Unsur utama proses manajemen pemasaran adalah strategi dan rencana pemasaran yang mendalam dan kreatif yang dapat memandu kegiatan pemasaran. Pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang benar sepanjang waktu memerlukan bauran disiplin dan fleksibilitas. Perusahaan harus tetap berpegang pada strategi, tetapi juga menemukan cara baru untuk terus mengembangkannya. Pemasaran juga harus selalu meningkatkan strategi untuk sejumlah produkdan jasa di dalam organisasinya. Adapun cara membangun kepuasan pelanggan melalui mutu, pelayanan dan nilai.
