Abstract

1. What is Change ? (Apa Itu Perubahan?) • Organization Change = Perubahan Organisasi Setiap perubahan pada orang, struktur, atau teknologi sebuah organisasi. • Characteristics of Change = Karakteristik dari perubahan Perubahan itu bersifat konstan atau tetap, namun derajat dan arahnya bervariasi. Menghasilkan ketidakpastian, namun tidak dapat diprediksi sepenuhnya Menciptakan ancama sekaligus peluang. “Managing change in an integral part of every manager’s job” Mengelola Perubahan adalah bagian integral pekerjaan setiap manajer.
