Abstract

Bisnis waralaba merupakan jenis usaha yang memiliki pertumbuhan peminat yang tinggi dari tahun ke tahun. Mereka bisa mendapatkan omset mulai dari puluhan bahkan hingga ratusan juta perbulannya. Dengan omset sebesar itu, tentunya kita menjadi bertanya – tanya tentang apakah pengertian dari waralaba itu sendiri? Pengertian waralaba itu sendiri adalah bentuk kerja sama bisnis antara pemilik merk, produk, atau sistem operasional dengan pihak kedua yang berupa pemberian izin untuk pemakaian merk, produk, dan sistem operasional.
