Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis modern saat ini, implementasi komunikasi bisnis terus mengalami perubahan, transaksi pertukaran pesan bisnis semakin banyak dengan adanya inovasi teknologi dan berbagai penyediaan aplikasi. Komunikasi bisnis juga dapat memunculkan pemahaman yang berbeda dalam proses pertukaran pesan-pesan bisnis bila dilakukan dengan cara dan situasi yang berbeda, misal situasi antara tempat formal dan informal, di ruang rapat dengan di sebuah coffee shop. Perubahan dan situasi bisnis pada akhirnya menuntut komunikator bisnis secara praktis untuk lebih fleksibel, kreatif dan inovatif.
