Abstract

Luas panen padi di Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2019 diperkirakan sebesar 1,68 juta hektar atau mengalami penurunan sebanyak 143,50 ribu hektar atau 7,88 persen dibandingkan tahun 2018. Produksi padi di Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2019 diperkirakan sebesar 9,66 juta ton GKG atau mengalami penurunan sebanyak 0,84 juta ton atau 8,04 persen dibandingkan tahun 2018. Jika produksi padi pada tahun 2019 dikonversikan menjadi beras untuk konsumsi pangan penduduk, produksi beras di Jawa Tengah pada 2019 sebesar 5,52 juta ton atau mengalami penurunan sebanyak 0,48 juta ton atau 8,04 persen dibandingkan tahun 2018.
