Abstract

Koperasi dapat digolongkan sebagai perusahaan/badan usaha yang berbadan hukum. Koperasi memperoleh status badan hukum setelah akta pendiriannya disahkan oleh Pemerintah. Badan usaha yang berbadan hukum, tentu memiliki perbedaan dengan badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum. Perbedaan yang mendasar antara badan usaha yang berbadan hukum dengan badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum yaitu masalah tanggung jawab. Misalnya mengenai tanggung jawab kepada pihak ketiga bila ada tuntutan dari pihak ketiga pada badan usaha, apakah badan usaha bertanggung jawab secara penuh atau ada tanggung jawab pribadi dari pemilik perusahaan.
