Abstract

Tugas Manajer Pemasaran Perusahaan adalah melakukan perencanaan strategi pemasaran dengan memperhatikan trend pasar dan sumber daya perusahaan. Merencanakan marketing research yaitu dengan mengikuti perkembangan pasar, terutama terhadap produk yang sejenis dari perusahaan pesaing. Maka dari itu Seorang Manajer dituntut untuk dapat memberikan keputusan yang sangat tepat untuk kemajuan perusahaan, dengan demikian maka seorang manajer harus dapat menguasai langkah – langkah tepat dalam mengambil suatu keputusan.
