Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sosialisasi tentang pajak bumi dan bangunan bisa mempengaruhi jumlah pembayaran pajak pengusaha di Desa Ketanon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode diskriptif .Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis ,informan ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive samplingmetode. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pencarian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilmenunjukkan bahwa saat ini pengusaha di desa Ketanon masih sedikit yang membayar pajak bumi dan bangunan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang sempurnanya cara penyampaian pemerintah daerah kepada pengusaha desa Ketanon.
