Abstract

Bisnis fashion Champion yang berfokus pada pakaian olahraga, celana olahraga dan celana joging dengan harga terjangkau dan berkualitas tinggi, membuat Champion mengalami kenaikan (rise). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan rise & fall pada bisnis Champion. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada bisnis Champion yang bergerak di bidang fashion dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas.
