Abstract

Nghiên cứu kiểm định mức độ tác động của các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định mua voucher dịch vụ trực tuyến của nhân viên văn phòng tại TPHCM, bằng việc khảo sát 331 nhân viên văn phòng. Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến quyết định mua voucher dịch vụ trực tuyến của nhân viên văn phòng tại TPHCM - theo tầm quan trọng giảm dần: Ý kiến tham khảo nhóm, Sự tin cậy, Tính đáp ứng website, Giá, Kinh nghiệm mua trực tuyến, Sự tiện lợi. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số hàm ý quản trị cho các nhà quản lý nhằm tăng khả năng bán voucher dịch vụ trực tuyến.
