Abstract

Với số tiền được thông báo tới gần 80.000 tỉ đồng đã được phân phối tới doanh nghiệp Việt Nam theo chương trình hỗ trợ lãi suất trong thời gian từ ngày 23-1 đến ngày 20-2-2009, tính đến ngày 9-3-2009 số tiền giải ngân hưởng chế độ ưu đãi lãi suất 4% đã lên đến trên 110.000 tỉ đồng..., như vậy, “máu của nền kinh tế đã chảy thông”. Việc này được thế giới và các kinh tế gia gọi là “mở van tín dụng”.
