Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan perasaan seseorang ketika apa yang didapatkan(pelayanan)sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. setiap rumah makan mempunyai standart tersendiri didalam memberikan pelayanan,sebuah pelayanan yang baik adalah pelayanan yang cepat,tanggap ,dan berkualitas. bukan hanya itu saja tetapi juga restoran harus dapat membuat pelanggan percaya dan menjadi pelanggan yang setia. melalui kinerja karyawanlah pelayanan akan tercipta ,juga dari kinerja karyawan juga akan memberi gambaran bagaimana pelayanan restoran tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja karywan di rumah makan DAC(D'AYAM CRISPY)yang berda di daerah nologaten terhadap kepuasan konsumen. metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu melalui wawancara dengan pelanggan yang datang. apakah kepuasaan yang didapata tamu sudah sesuai dengan standart pelayanan di rumah makan DAC. Kata kunci: kualitas layanan yang dirasakan, kepuasan konsumen, kepercayaan, kesetiaan
