Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti: Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı'nın Öncü Ülkesi

Abstract

Türk Dili Konuşan Ülkeler İşbirliği Konseyi (Türk Konseyi), Türk Devletleri arasında kapsamlı işbirliğini teşvik etmek amacıyla uluslararası bir organizasyon olarak 3 Ekim 2009 tarihinde Nahçıvan’da kurulmuştur. Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı’nın kurucu üyeleri Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, Kırgızistan ve Türkiye’dir. Türk Devletleri Örgütü, Türk Konseyi'nin Kasım 2021'de İstanbul'da düzenlenen 8. Zirvesi'nde kurulmuştur. Bu bağlamda Türk Devletlerinin Örgütü tarafından, 1992’den bu yana "Türkçe Konuşan Ülkelerin Devlet Başkanları Zirveleri"nin zirve noktası olarak nitelendirilebilir... Kazakistan Türk Devletleri Örgütü’nün seçkin bir üyesidir. Kazakistan’ın istikrarı ve barışı, yalnızca Orta Asya bağlamında değil, Türk dünyası için güvenlik ve istikrar açısından da büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu bağlamda Kazakistan’da karışıklığa neden olan gelişmeler Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı tarafından yakından takip edilmektedir. Önümüzdeki günlerin Kazakistan’a barış, huzur ve istikrar getirmesini diliyoruz.
