E-Procurement terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

Perubahan teknologi dan pasar yang cepatmembuat perusahaan semakin sulit untuk memperkirakan perkembangan bisnisnya di masa yang akan datang. Informasi serta pengetahuan baru akan menjadi sumber inovasi. Sehubungan dengan itu, perusahaan perlu menggali peluang dalam teknologi untuk menciptakan inovasi-inovasi baru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu, penerapan e-procurement pada perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus terus menggali peluang dalam teknologi untuk menghadapi berbagai situasi untuk dapat membantu proses pengembangan inovasi manajemen untuk memperoleh peningkatan kinerja organisasi.
