Abstract

Dengan semakin banyaknya bank-bank syariah yang bermunculan di Indonesia, menuntut masing-masing bank untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya khususnya dalam menghadapi era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini. Dengan adanya gelombang globalisasi akan mengubah landscape keuangan. Seiring dengan munculnya landscape financial baru, kontrak pembagian risiko dan yang pada akhirnya menjadi kontrak pembagian untung rugi akan terstandarisasi dan akan menjadikan peluang bagi sistem finansial baru untuk berkembang.
