Nghiên cứu sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân nhiễm HIVAIDS qua việc chăm sóc điều trị tại các phòng khám ngoại trú tại TPHCM

Abstract

Nghiên cứu kiểm định mức độ tác động của các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân nhiễm HIV/AIDS điều trị tại các phòng khám ngoại trú tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM), bằng việc khảo sát 296 bệnh nhân. Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân- theo tầm quan trọng giảm dần: (1) Năng lực phục vụ, (2) Sự tin cậy, (3) Hiệu quả hoạt động, (4) Sự đồng cảm và (5) Phương tiện hữu hình. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số hàm ý quản trị cho các nhà quản lý các phòng khám nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân.
