Tác động của hình ảnh điểm đến tới ý định quay lại của khách du lịch nội địa tại Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu

Abstract

Nghiên cứu kiểm định mức độ tác động của các yếu tố hình ảnh điểm đến tới ý định quay trở lại của khách du lịch nội địa tại Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, bằng việc khảo sát 398 du khách. Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện SPSS. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 7 nhân tố thuộc về hình ảnh điểm đến là Môi trường (EN); Cơ sở hạ tầng (INF); Khả năng tiếp cận (AC); Hoạt động vui chơi giải trí (LE); Hợp túi tiền (PV); Bầu không khí du lịch (AMP) và Ẩm thực (LF) có tác động tích cực lần lượt đến Ý định quay lại của khách du lịch nội địa tại Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số hàm ý quản trị cho các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh du lịch đưa ra các chính sách kinh doanh hiệu quả, thu hút khách du lịch.
