Abstract

Trong bối cảnh cạnh tranh toàn cầu ngày càng gay gắt, mỗi công ty cần tìm ra con đường hiệu quả để tồn tại và phát triển. Đối với công ty TNHH B.Braun (Đức), ngoài việc cạnh tranh bằng sản phẩm, giá cả, công ty còn vận dụng chương trình quản lý chuỗi cung ứng Third Eye (3rd Eye) một cách hiệu quả trên toàn cầu. Chương trình này không chỉ giúp B.Braun điều hành cung ứng toàn cầu, mà còn giúp tính giá, và tiết kiệm đáng kể chi phí vận hành. Bài viết nhằm giới thiệu việc vận dụng chương trình 3rd Eye tại công ty TNHH B.Braun Việt Nam.
