Статья посвящена проблеме прогнозирования продаж в контексте создания стратегии предприятия. Данный этап является одним из самых ключевых при создании финансового плана организации. Авторами раскрыты задачи прогнозирования продаж, отличие плана продаж от прогнозирования. Кроме того, авторы указывают на необходимость выбора корректных методов прогнозирования в зависимости от текущей стратегии компании, что, в свою очередь, способствует успешному развитию организации в долгосрочной перспективе. The article is devoted to the problem of sales forecasting in the context of creating an enterprise strategy. This stage is one of the most key when creating a financial plan of the organization. The authors disclose the objectives of sales forecasting, the difference between the sales plan and forecasting. In addition, the authors point out the need to choose the correct methods of forecasting, depending on the current strategy of the company, which in turn contributes to the successful development of the organization in the long term.
