Abstract

The focus on this paper is related to the Unnalli Melo culture as a value of peace in the Toraja community. Culture of Unnalli Melo as a miserable peace according to Toraja community. With the culture of Unnalli Melo then it can continue to maintain harmony and peace amiding religious life. The conflict that can occur to be solved with the Unnalli Melo culture. It is emphasized also that peace in society is a common need. With the creation of peace, then any problems or conflict faced can be completed well. It is here that the church must play a role to earn the unnalli melo value in creating a peaceful life in the center of technology developments that affect the people’s lives. Where the Church must have an openness of other religions with inchlivism’s attitude. So the created life is peaceful and able to adapt to the difference.
