Abstract

Penelititan ini di lakukan pada PT PROPNEX SURABAYA, dengan judul yg di angkat “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT Propnex Surabaya”. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang di capai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang di berikan kepadanya. Kinerja di pengaruhi oleh faktor anatara lain kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Dalam penelitian ini yang akan di bahas yaitu pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengambil sampel dari suatu popolasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor PT Propnex Surabaya, sehingga jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang pegawai. Metode pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling berdasarkan stratified random sampling, Sehingga didapat sampel sebanayak 50 orang pegawai yang responden dan metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah metode kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linier Berganda (multiple linier regression) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor PT Propnex Surabaya dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16.00 for windos.
