Abstract

ketika pasar real estat kuat dan booming, selalu ada banyak bahaya yang terkait dengan mengejar karir di real estat. Sebagai ahli real estat komersial, kita tidak hanya harus memastikan bahwa properti kita aman, tetapi kita juga harus mempertimbangkan hubungan dengan klien, karyawan, penyewa, investor, dan sejumlah pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dengan begitu banyak barang yang bergerak di hampir setiap aspek pembelian, penjualan, dan penyewaan rumah, margin kesalahan minimal, tetapi risiko dituntut tinggi. Memiliki program asuransi bisnis yang tepat tentu dapat membantu meringankan banyak bahaya yang datang dengan wilayah tersebut, tetapi tindakan lain apa yang dapat dilakukan oleh para profesional real estat saat menyusun program manajemen risiko real estat yang solid? Manajemen risiko memerlukan penyusunan strategi untuk mengurangi dampak risiko prospektif. Transfer risiko memerlukan pendelegasian tanggung jawab kepada pihak ketiga, yang biasanya dilakukan melalui asuransi perusahaan.
