Abstract

proses penyusunan strategi sangat diperlukan Competitive Intelligence untuk mengumpulkan informasi, evaluasi, analisis, integrasi, dan interpretasi dari semua informasi yang tersedia yang berpotensi untuk pengambilan keputusan supaya ada potensi untuk mempengaruhi situasi kompetitif dalam perusahaan dan kelak akan melindungi bisnis UKM ini dari ancaman kompetitior. Begitu juga dalam proses penyusunan strategi dalam manajemen UKM, pelaku dalam semua bagian organisasi UKM ini harus mencari tahu dulu kondisi lingkungan persaingan dan competitor bisnisnya baik dari segi lingkungan eksternal maupun internalnya. Sehingga akan menjadi nilai tambah bagi organisasi dalam mengambil keputusan yang fungsional untuk menjalankan bisnis UKMnya dalam jangka panjang.
