Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan Manager dalam pengambilan keputusan dan cara mengetahui langkah-langkah Manager untuk meningkatkan omset perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai permasalahan omset penjualan yang menurun pada SDS Mall. Metode Deskriptif memiliki tujuan untuk mengumpulan data secara rinci dan actual. Penelitian ini juga membuat komparasi atau perbandingan mengenai yang di lakukan dalan menentukan solusi menghadapi suatu permasalahan.Sehingga dalam prakteknya, metode ini lebih menekankan pada observasi lapangan dengan kondisi alamiah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai permasalahan omset yang menurun, dalam itu yang bisa digeneralisasikan (ditarik kearah kesimpulan umum). Maka rendahnya dari tahun yang sebelumnya dikarenakan beberapa hal seperti harga komoditas yang tidak bertambah, upah segmen menengah kebawah tidak berubah, dan terjadi shifting perubahan perilaku belanja. Hal ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk Manager SDS untuk membuat aplikasi belanja online agar memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan.
