Abstract

STRATEGI PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KELURAHAN SEMPER TIMUR KECAMATAN CILINCING KOTA ADMINISTRASI JAKARTA UTARA Asep Soma 1, M. Sulaiman Al Jazuli 2, Novilia Nurhidayati 3, Sri Haryanti Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Strategi pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Semper Timur dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi pemerintah kelurahan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Semper Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif serta dengan Instrumen analisis SWOT untuk memperoleh gambaran sejauhmana aspek tersebut berpengaruh dalam peningkatan strategi pelayanan publik di Kelurahan Semper Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kelurahan Semper Timur . Adapun kesimpulan dari lima indikator dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Semper Timur diantaranya : Strategi pengembangan struktur, dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai sangatlah penting untuk menunjang pelayanan. Namun kelima strategi tersebut belumlah maksimal dilakukan.
