Abstract

Sistem pelayanan pada dasarnya adalah kegiatan yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi atau perorangan kepada konsumen yang bersifat tidak berwujud dan tidak dapat dimiliki Standar mutu pelayanan bank syariah adalah ukuran yang telah ditentukan sebagai suatu pembakuan pelayanan yang baik. Standar mutu pelayanan bank syariah sama halnya dengan standar kualiatas yang dimiliki oleh bank syariah. Dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada nasabah, bank syariah memiliki standar mutu pelayanan tersendiri yaitu: service excellence. Etika perbankan adalah bagaimana proses aktivitas pemasaran kebijakan secara benar, adil, dan berpegang teguh kepada nilai-nilai dalam berbisnis. Proses pengambilan keputusan harusnya merupakan hasil dari problem solving dengan para stafnya dengan keahlian dan latar belakang yang berbeda.
