Abstract

The company can be successful if the operational strategy is guaranteed and managed efficiently, meaning that the operational strategy affects the production volume. If the operational strategy is not continuously improved, it is likely that the production volume will shrink. The problem to be answered in this research is whether there is an influence between operational strategy on production volume and how much influence between operational strategy on production at PT. EKA BOGAINTI Jl. Raya Poncol Ciracas, East Jakarta. In connection with this problem, the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that the operational strategy has an effect on the production volume and it is suspected that the operational strategy has a significant effect on the production volume at PT. EKA BOGAINTI . In line with these problems and the hypothesis that this research was carried out using quantitative methods, data collection by interview, this study used the analysis tools of Correlation Test, Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the operational strategy has a significant effect on the production volume at PT. EKA BOGAINTI Jl. Raya Poncol Ciracas, East Jakarta.
