Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự chấp nhận sử dụng dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử tại tỉnh Quảng Ngãi

Abstract

Nghiên cứu kiểm định mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến chấp nhận sử dụng dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử tại tỉnh Quảng Ngãi, bằng việc khảo sát 500 người dân. Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố- theo tầm quan trọng giảm dần- là: Nhận thức dễ dàng sử dụng của dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử, Nhận thức về hữu ích, Chi phí sử dụng hợp lý của dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử, Nhận thức rủi ro (tác động nghịch chiều). Nghiên cứu đề ra một số kiến nghị cho các nhà quản lý chú trọng hơn đến việc nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ ngân hàng điện tử trên nền di động, các ứng dụng thân thiện, đơn giản dễ sử dụng.
