Abstract

CV. Harapan Jaya yaitu Perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan bisnis di bidang retail, dan menjual langsung produk kepada konsumen. Konsumen terbaik selalu di berikan bonus secara cuma-cuma oleh pihak Perusahaan. Pemberian bonus di lakukan secara berkala yaitu 6 bulan sekali dalam perhitangan periode 1 bulan sekali. Akan tetapi dalam proses pemilihan Konsumen terbaik, CV. Harapan Jaya mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan konsumen mana yang akan mendapatkan bonus / reward. Dengan menggunakan komputer sebagai salah satu alat bantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan konsumen terbaik yang di dukung dengan metode weighted product untuk memperoleh hasil yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk pemilihan konsumen terbaik yang nantinya layak di berikan bonus oleh CV. Harapan Jaya dengan melihat dari nilai kiteria – kriteria konsumen dan penilaian dari kantor. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Dengan Metode Weighted Product (WP) Berbasis Web ” dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman php menggunakan Mysql
