Abstract

The title of this research is the influence of Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s Performance at state elementary schools Pino district south Bengkulu. This research is based on the importance of Teacher’s Performance in a school. Teacher Performance can be influenced by several factor. These factor are: Intelligence Quotient factor, Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. This study was aimed to analyze the influence of Intelligence Quotient, and Spiritual Quotient toward Teacher’s Performance This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is thestate elementary school Teacher in the southern Pino sub-district, with the sampling method of total sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. Data were collection method uses a questionnaire. By using multiple regression data analysis techniques, the results of this study showed that the Intelligence Quotient variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Quotient has a significant effect on Teacher Performance.
