Abstract

Bisnis Twinkie adalah kue camilan Amerika, Twinkies digambarkan sebagai "kue bolu emas dengan isian krim". Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan penurunan (fall) pada bisnis kue. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus jamak pada bisnis Twinkies yang bergerak di bidang kue dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas Bisnis kue pernah tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena memiliki value proposition nilai keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh bisnis Twinkies yaitu mereka menawarkan 2 varian krim rasa didalamnya (strawberry dan vanilla), menjual produk dengan harga yang terjangkau murah, praktis untuk dibawa, dapat dijadikan bekal untuk anak sekolah, Namun, bisnis telpon seluler mengalami penurunan karena key activities membuat varian rasa yang lebih menarik, berusaha untuk tetap usaha bisnsi Twinkies ini berjalan meskipun terkena kebangkrutan.
