Abstract

Koperasi adalah sebagai suatu perkumpulan yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan hukum, yang memberikan kebebasan pada anggota untuk masuk dan keluar, dengan bekerja sama secara kekeluargaaan menjalankan usaha untuk mempertinggi kesejahtraan jamaniah para anggota. Koperasi melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan. Kinerja koprasi khusus mengenai perhimpunan, koperasi harus bekerja berdasarkan ketentuan undang-undang umum mengenai organisasi usaha (perseorangan, persekutuan, dsb.) serta hukum dagang dan hukum pajak. Organisasi koperasi yang khas dari suatu organisasi harus diketahui dengan menetapkan anggaran dasar yang khusus. Selain itu koperasi juga menjalin kerja sama di bidang usaha yang bertujuan untuk lebih memajukan koperasi itu sendiri. Dengan demikian, kita perlu mempelajari lebih dalam tentang kerjasama koperasi dibidang usaha tersebut.
