Tantangan Wirausaha Menghadapi Ancaman Resesi Ekonomi Global 2023

Abstract

Kenaikan suku bunga untuk menahan laju inflasi yang meningkat akan memperlambat pertumbuhan PDB global hingga 0,5% pada tahun 2023 nanti dan akan menyebabkan resesi global. Beragam pemicu inflasi, contohnya seperti pandemic COVID-19 dan konflik Rusia - Ukraina yang menyulitkan rantai pasokan komoditas yang diperlukan berbagai negara. Selain karena faktor pandemic COVID-19, terdapat jumlah hutang berlebihan yang ditanggung individu dan bisnis dalam suatu negara, serta adanya gelembung asset yang didorong oleh keputusan emosional dalam berinvestasi. Terlalu banyak inflasi dan deflasi pada suatu negara juga mendorong terjadinya resesi ekonomi. Resiko yang dapat terjadi saat resesi 2023 adalah presiden bank dunia grup menuturkan bahwa resesi 2023 beresiko membuat pertumbuhan global melambat.
