Các yếu tố thành công chính của thanh toán di động

Abstract

Internet đã tạo ra cách thức kinh doanh mới cho các công ty, và cách thức này mở ra khuynh hướng thanh toán mới qua mạng, đặc biệt là thanh toán di động (M-paymeny) Tuy nhiên, khi vận dụng thanh toán qua mạng, nhiều người tiêu dùng còn cảm thấy ngần ngại. Bài nghiên cứu đưa ra khung phân tích nhằm hướng dẫn các nhà nghiên cứu có cơ hội vận dụng thực tiễn để xem xét các yếu tố thành công chủ yếu của các hệ thống thanh toán qua internet, đặc biệt là thanh toán di động. Bài nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất mô hình nghiên cứu lý thuyết để xem xét các yếu tố thành công chính của thanh toán di động và đề xuất hệ thống thang đo đánh giá các yếu tố này.
