Disruptive Corporate Culture: Pengertian, Implementasi dan Implikasi

Abstract

Dibalik sebuah perusahaan yang besar dan sukses pasti ada tata kelola baik yang dilakukan, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memiliki budaya perusahaan yang baik dan kuat. Budaya yang baik juga dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai persatuan dan pembentukan suatu komunitas yang solid sehingga dapat bersaing dengan lebih baik. Oleh sebab itu, telah dijabarkan keenam Corporate Culture yang perlu dipahami dan diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan. Pada bagian ini telah dijabarkan bahwa dalam disrupsi budaya perusahaan terdapat vision, values, practices, people, narrative, serta place. Jenis-jenis sistematika tersebut memiliki pelaksanaan dan fungsi yang berbeda-beda jika diterapkan ke dalam perusahaan. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan tidak lain untuk mempertahankan performa hingga keberlangsungan perusahaan di masa mendatang. Dampak positif dari penerapan tersebut dapat ditinjau dengan adanya contoh-contoh perusahaan hingga organisasi terkenal yang telah menerapkan beberapa 10 aspek tersebut ke dalam pelaksanaan bisnisnya dan terbukti performa bisnis yang mereka miliki menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat baik.
