Khám phá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng sự hài lòng của du khách du lịch làng mộc Kim Bồng- Hội An

Abstract

Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu một số nhân tố chủ yếu tác động đến sự hài lòng của du khách khi thăm làng nghề truyền thống Kim Bồng- làng nghề nổi tiếng về mộc của Hội An, bằng việc khảo sát 200 du khách tại đây vào trung tuần tháng 5 năm 2013. Thang đo SERVQUAL được sử dụng có điều chỉnh. Phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện là phần mềm SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy sự hài lòng của du khách đến thăm làng nghề này chịu tác động bởi 3 thành phần được thể hiện theo thứ tự tầm quan trọng: (1) Sự đồng cảm; (2) Sự tin cậy; và (3) Sự bảo đảm. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số kiến nghị cho các nhà quản lý du lịch làng nghề nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ để làm tăng sự hài lòng của du khách.
