Abstract

Salah satu bentuk strategi penguatan koperasi dan UMKM adalah dengan pendekatan cluster atau pengembangan sentra-sentra bisnis dan/atau pendekatan inkubator. Kedua bentuk pendekatan pengembangan tersebut dapat dijalankan dengan memperkuat strategi dasar, terutama guna meningkatkan akses pada pasar aset produktif (modal dan bahan baku), akses ke pasar (informasi pasar), penguatan kewirausahaan dengan membentuk pusatpusat pelatihan, penguatan program yang lebih aplikatif, serta memperkuat kelembagaan dengan cara memperkuat kelembagaan koperasi dan menyatukan UMKM sejenis dalam wadah koperasi.
