Abstract

Kesimpulan dari hasil pembahasan tentang makalah ini adalah bahwa KFCdapat menambahkan beberapa variasi dalam menunya untuk menambah cita rasa bagi para pelanggan setianya. KFC juga harus melakukan inovasi dalammelakukan pemasaran agar produknya dapat dikenal luas oleh konsumennya.KFC juga masih tetap menjadi pilihan pertama bagi para masyarakat yang malaskeluar rumah karena mereka bisa memesannya dan pesanannya bisa diantar kerumah
