Abstract

Pemaparan empat komponen SWOT secara terperinci adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Strength (S) merupakan karakteristik dari suatu organisasi atau bisnis yang merupakan suatu keunggulan. 2. Weakness (W) merupakan karakteristik dari suatu organisasi atau bisnis yang merupakan kelemahan. 3. Opportunity (O) kesempatan yang datang dari luar organisasi atau bisnis. 4. Threat (T) elemen yang datang dari luar yang dapat menjadi ancaman bagi organisasi atau bisnis.
