Abstract

Khi cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 (CMCN 4.0) diễn ra, quá trình này đã bổ sung cho nhân loại nhiều công nghệ mới tân tiến, tác động tích cực đến các khía cạnh của kinh tế, xã hội. Riêng đối với ngành Du lịch, những xu hướng mới như du lịch thực tế ảo, du lịch thông minh cũng được biết đến với sự đóng góp chủ chốt của công nghệ.
