Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana sejarah perdagangan islam dan bisnis dalam islam. Perdagangan (Jual beli) merupakan suatu aktivitas yang tukar menukar atau barang mempunyai nilai secara sukarela diantara kedua belah pihak dan pihak lain menerimanya sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Islam menegaskan bahwa nilai prinsip bisnis dalam islam mempunyai nilai nilai dalam praktik bisnis bagi pelaku muslim. Tetapi, masih banyak pelaku bisnis yang mempraktikan bisnis tidak secara unsur ketetapan islam sehingga hal tersebut dengan merugikan orang lain bahkan lingkungan. Begitu banyak tindakan negatif yang akhirnya menjadi perilaku bisnis seperti berbohong,ingkar janji,penipuan dan sebagainya. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang perdagangan dan bisnis dalam islam yang ditiunjau perspektif islam. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai praktik perdagangan dalam bisnis islam harus memiliki nilai kejujuran,keadilan,amanah,tanggugjawab, penipuan, dan jauh dari hal yang haram berdasarkan pada Islam.
